How ANESA
Works

ANESA measures temperature at five biologically active reference points. The USPIH software processes all signals through the proprietary Malykhin-Pulavskyi algorithm.

Patient Data Entry

The doctor inputs personal data, breath rate, and pulse rate (measured with a pulse oximeter or manually) into the PC.

Sensor Placement

Five color-coded sensors are placed precisely on biologically active points: bifurcation of both neck arteries, both armpits, and the umbilical area.

3–10 Minute Scan

The analyzer measures temperature at each point with accuracy ≥0.5°C. DS18B20 64-bit microprocessors transmit data to the central processing unit.

Comprehensive Report

The USPIH software generates a report with over 100 health parameters, including a preliminary diagnostic prompt for the physician to review.

100+ Health Parameters

The report covers all major organ systems and physiological processes without any invasive procedure.

🫀
Cardiovascular System

Hemodynamic balance, cardiac function indicators, and vascular assessment parameters.

ANESA is a screening diagnostic system. It does not replace classical laboratory analysis. Only a certified doctor can set a final diagnosis.

Questions About ANESA

Everything you need to know about how the device works, who can use it, and where it operates.

Determination is based on temperature measurement at biologically active points of the human body, combined with patient data and environmental parameters. All information is analyzed by the USPIH software using a proprietary mathematical algorithm. Results are compiled into a report with more than 100 health parameters. The methodology, described in patents, was developed and verified against real physiological processes during device development.
No. ANESA is a screening diagnostic system, not a replacement for laboratory analysis. Testing with ANESA gives a doctor information about the general state of the organism and its individual systems. The results help the physician decide whether to send a patient for further laboratory verification, hospitalization, or treatment monitoring.
Only trained, licensed medical doctors may operate ANESA. All users must complete a specialized training course. Without proper training, sensors cannot be placed correctly, leading to inaccurate results. Medical background is essential for interpreting whether the received report is valid and whether sensor placement needs to be corrected before analysis.
ANESA is used in private and family doctor practices, hospitals, clinics, medical research institutes, sanatoriums, and wellness centers. Private and family doctors are primary users because they need fast, comprehensive information about a patient's health to make rapid clinical decisions.
ANESA uses DS18B20 64-bit microprocessors by Dallas Semiconductor / Maxim Integrated Products (USA). Every chip is individually calibrated by the manufacturer to NIST-traceable standards. Our engineers additionally verify each batch according to specialized temperature verification procedures. Output parameters are mathematically determined — not directly measured — which is consistent with all biochemical diagnostic equipment.
No. There is absolutely no harmful influence on the patient during examination. ANESA is a completely noninvasive system — it only measures temperature passively at surface reference points. The device measures the influence of the environment on the patient's health, not the reverse.
